We are excited to announce that Cubist has joined the group of node operators that help secure the Allora Network, a Polychain-backed decentralized AI protocol developed by Allora Labs (formerly known as Upshot). The Allora Network, which is deployed as a Cosmos appchain, crowdsources financial predictions produced by AI models, incentivizes their use, and makes them available to application and protocol developers to power their own crypto apps.
Cubist always seeks to support the growth of cutting-edge protocols like Allora Network that drive net-new use cases. For the past three years, Allora Labs has been building AI-powered crypto infrastructure to power new applications and protocols in gaming, lending, market making, and more. Models built by the Allora Labs team have effectively produced price predictions for more than 400 million assets with a 95-99% confidence for the most accurate predictions. Allora’s mission is to transform intelligence itself into a digital commodity, and Cubist looks forward to helping the network thrive.

“Cubist is excited to be supporting the Allora Network as a node operator. We’re fully aligned on making it safe and easy to contribute to the security of the network, and we look forward to growing with Allora!”

- Riad Wahby, Co-Founder and CEO of Cubist

As a founding member of the Secure Staking Alliance—and building on our strong experience securely managing secret keys for Ethereum validators—Cubist is uniquely poised to secure the Allora Network. Following Ethereum’s Shapella upgrade one year ago, our hardware-backed key management platform, CubeSigner, has been powering a list of respected node operators including Ankr and Redacted.
CubeSigner was *designed* to keep keys both highly available and highly secure, and its global anti-slasher prevents validators from being slashed even in cases of attackers, configuration mistakes, and software bugs. We are currently working with Babylon and EigenLayer to build anti-slashers for their ecosystems, and are excited to bring this same technology to the Allora Network as one of our early Cosmos case studies. Riad and his team’s dedication to secure blockchain infrastructure directly contributes to the growth and security of the network.”

- Nick Emmons, Co-Founder of Allora Labs

**About the Allora Network**
Allora is a self-improving decentralized AI network. Allora enables applications to leverage smarter, more secure AI through a self-improving network of ML models. By combining innovations in crowdsourced intelligence, reinforcement learning, and regret minimization, Allora unlocks a vast new design space of applications at the intersection of crypto and AI.
